Zenith Service upgraded to Strong by Standard & Poor’s, the highest level in the ranking

We are proud to announce that Zenith Service has been promoted to Strong, the highest level of Standard & Poor’s ranking as Master Servicer in Italy. The rating upgrade reflects the agency’s assessment of Zenith’s Master Servicing performance with reference to residential mortgages, commercial loans and unsecured credits in Italy, including NPL.

The report underlines the steady expansion recorded over the last five years, underpinned by a regular growth in terms of organization, human resources and innovative analysis and reporting tools. In 2016 Zenith’s master servicing portfolio almost doubled, expanding to € 14.8 billion from € 8.7 billion at year end 2015. This growth path led to an increase also in other areas and services such as the Corporate Servicing (with 135 transactions from 114 of year end 2015) and Calculation agent with 73 transactions compared to 55 of the previous year.

Zenith Service offers its services to international and national clients, constantly growing from 87 in 2015 to 113 clients in 2016. In line with this growth trend, Zenith, in last year only, hired 33 new resources. Zenith’s executive management has been further strengthen in the last 12 months by hiring senior resources with well established experience in the sector.
